Sale Items

Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit. Once the return is received and approved, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent by the gift giver to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
